水凝胶在再生性牙髓治疗中的应用研究进展

摘要: 再生性牙髓治疗旨在通过组织工程学策略来重建年轻恒牙的牙髓-牙本质复合体,并促进牙根发育;作为治疗过程中的关键要素,支架材料一直是该领域的研究热点。近年来,水凝胶因其优秀的生物相容性、可控的理化特性和环境响应性,成为再生性牙髓治疗中极具潜力的新型支架材料。文章就各类新型水凝胶在再生性牙髓治疗中的应用研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Regenerative endodontic procedures(REPs)aim to reconstruct the pulp-dentin complex and promote root development in immature permanent teeth through tissue engineering strategies. The scaffold material,as a key element in the treatment process,has always been a research hotspot in this field. In recent years,hydrogels have emerged as promising novel scaffold materials for REPs due to their high biocompatibility,tunable physicochemical properties,and environmental responsiveness. In this article,we will summarize the research advances in the application of novel hydrogels in regenerative endodontic procedures.
