非经典炎症小体在牙周炎中的作用研究进展

摘要： 非经典炎症小体通过半胱天冬酶（caspase）-4/5/11识别细菌脂多糖，激活细胞焦亡，从而影响牙周组织健康。研究表明，非经典炎症小体是炎症反应和多种疾病的关键参与者，但其在牙周炎中的作用机制尚不明确。因此，文章就非经典炎症小体的结构和激活机制及其在牙周炎中的潜在作用做一综述。

Abstract: The non-canonical inflammasome recognizes bacterial lipopolysaccharides through caspase-4/5/11，triggering pyroptosis and thereby impacting the health of periodontal tissue.Researches indicate that the non-canonical inflammasome is a key player in inflammatory responses and various diseases，yet its mechanism of action in periodontitis remains unclear.Therefore，this review summarizes the structure and mechanism of activation of non-canonical inflammasomes and discusses their potential roles in periodontitis.
