基于文献计量学的正颌外科相关研究生学位论文研究热点及趋势的可视化分析

摘要: 目的    通过文献计量学方法可视化分析正颌外科相关硕士、博士研究生学位论文研究热点及趋势。方法   计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中1987—2023年正颌外科相关研究生学位论文。采用NoteExpress进行文献管理和筛选,利用Microsoft Excel和Origin分析纳入文献年发文量,采用CiteSpace6.2.R7对关键词进行共现、聚类、突现分析,并绘制知识图谱。结果    1987—2023年正颌外科相关研究生学位论文发文量具有上升趋势,在2019年达到峰值,占总发文量的9.13%(77/843)。频次排名前5的关键词为正颌外科(76次)、正颌手术(69次)、头影测量(38次)、上气道(32次)、三维重建(24次),以上也是共现次数排名前5的关键词。纳入分析的关键词被聚类成15个标签:#0稳定性、#1三维测量、#2下颌骨、#3头影测量、#4术前正畸、#5图像处理、#6生物力学、#7口腔正畸、#8骨性、#9面向对象、#10均角型、#11临床疗效、#12正畸治疗、#13下颌支矢状骨劈开术、#14肋骨-软骨移植。突现强度排名前5的关键词为三维CT、头影测量、锥形束CT、正颌外科、术前正畸。结论    硕士、博士研究生对于正颌外科相关领域的研究热度逐渐增加,且研究内容广泛,对数字化技术的应用和多学科联合治疗的关注度较高,也是未来主要研究方向。

Abstract: Objective    To make a visualized analysis of the research hotspots and trends in master′s and doctoral dissertations related to orthognathic surgery through bibliometric methods. Methods    A computer-based search was conducted for orthognathic surgery-related master′s and doctoral dissertations in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and VIP databases spanning from 1987 to 2023. NoteExpress was utilized for literature management and screening,while Microsoft Excel and Origin were employed to analyze the annual publication volume of the included dissertations. CiteSpace6.2.R7 was used to perform co-occurrence,clustering,and burst analysis of keywords,and a knowledge map was created accordingly. Results    The annual publication volume of orthognathic surgery-related dissertations exhibited an upward trend,peaking in 2019 with 9.13%(77/843)of the total publications. The top five most frequent keywords were orthognathic surgery(76 times),orthognathic operation(69 times),cephalometry(38 times),upper airway(32 times),and 3D reconstruction(24 times). The above were also the top 5 keywords by co-occurrence. The keywords were clustered into 15 labels:#0 stability,#1 three-dimensional measurement,#2 mandible,#3 cephalometry,#4 preoperative orthodontics,#5 image processing,#6 biomechanics,#7 orthodontics,#8 osseous,#9 object-oriented,#10 average angle,#11 clinical effectiveness,#12 orthodontic treatment,#13 sagittal split osteotomy of the mandibular ramus,and #14 rib-cartilage grafting. The top five keywords with the highest burst strength were 3D CT,cephalometry,cone beam CT,orthognathic surgery,and preoperative orthodontics. Conclusion    The research in orthognathic surgery-related fields has been paid increasing attention to in master′s and doctoral dissertations, and the research content is broad. Focus is on the application of digital technology and multidisciplinary treatment,which is also the key directions for future researches.
