浅谈病例报告与文献综述撰写训练对牙周进修教学质量提升的重要性

摘要: 我国人民牙周健康状况不佳,预防和控制牙周疾病是当前口腔医学界的重要工作,而掌握正确的牙周治疗理念和牙周专业前沿治疗技术的口腔医生数量明显不足。北京大学口腔医学院·口腔医院(以下简称“我院”)牙周进修教学目的是吸纳各地公立医院的医生来进修学习,进而提升基层医院牙周专科医生的数量与质量,为国家培养更多牙周专科人才。牙周进修教学存在各地医生对于牙周理论知识的掌握及实践技能参差不齐,重操作、轻总结的现象较为普遍等问题。基于此,我院牙周科多年来探索并完善一套完整的牙周进修教学模式,深刻认识到病例报告和综述撰写训练对于牙周进修教学质量提升的重要性和必要性,文章就病例报告和综述撰写训练教学特点做一介绍,为其他医学院校牙周教学模式的制定提供参考。

Abstract: The periodontal status of Chinese people is suboptimal,emphasizing the urgency of periodontal disease prevention and control in contemporary oral medicine. Nevertheless,there are not enough oral healthcare professionals equipped with advanced periodontal treatment concepts and cutting-edge treatment technologies. The periodontal training program at the Peking University School of Stomatology & Hospital of Stomatology(hereinafter referred to as "our institution")endeavors to attract dentists from public hospitals nationwide for further education. Its objective is to bolster the quantity and quality of periodontal specialists at the grassroots level,ultimately nurturing a greater pool of periodontal experts for the country. The periodontal training program faces some problems,including disparities in periodontal theory and practical skill proficiency among dentists from different regions,as well as a prevalent tendency to prioritize procedures over comprehensive assessments. In response,the Department of Periodontology at our institution has been diligently refining a comprehensive periodontal training paradigm for years. We firmly acknowledge the importance and necessity of case report and review writing training in enhancing the quality of periodontal education. This article showcases the teaching features of case report and review writing training,offering reference for other medical institutions to develop their periodontal educational frameworks.
