锥形束CT和传统根尖片在根管治疗诊疗计划中的应用

  • 作者简介:郑广宁，医学博士，四川大学华西口腔医学院影像科教授、硕士研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面放射专业委员会常务委员。1984年本科毕业于四川医学院口腔系，1989年获华西医科大学口腔医学颌面影像诊断学硕士学位，2007年获四川大学华西口腔医学院牙体牙髓专业博士学位。多年来主要从事根管影像学诊断、颌面部肿瘤疾病影像学诊断的临床、教学及科研工作。发表论文30余篇（第一或通讯作者17篇），其中SCI收录论文4篇。作为课题负责人承担四川省科技厅支撑项目3项、中央高校基础科研项目1项。先后获四川省科技进步二、三等奖及四川大学教学成果二等奖各1项。

摘要：

提要：根管治疗是目前国内、外公认的牙髓及根尖周病最有效、彻底的治疗方法。提高根管治疗术的质量是提高患牙保存率的重要保证。影像检查是惟一能够记存的、贯穿根管治疗术始终的、直观的影像学资料。长期以来，临床常规使用的是根尖片。由于二维影像显示三维立体牙齿的局限，存在重叠、变形、失真等不准确现象。锥形束CT以其低剂量照射、高分辨率、价格低廉、操作简单等诸多优势，被广泛应用于口腔临床的各个相关学科，并成为研究热点。本文主要探讨锥形束CT在根管治疗诊疗计划中的临床应用，与根尖片比较了解其优势。

Abstract:

Summary：Cone beam CT （CBCT） has been widely applied in operative dentistry，and became high lights of scientific research，due to its advantages of low illumination dosage，high resolution，and reasonable price as well as simplicity to operate. Periapical radiography is an important assistant method in root canal treatment which secures the obturation quality of RCT. However，traditional two-dimensional radiography has many limitations in dealing with complex root canals；besides，it is also difficult for two-dimensional radiography to provide sufficient information about nearby important anatomical structures. CBCT has the three-dimensional reconstruction ability，which enables observations of target area in any required direction and in any anatomical layer. This property would be effective compensations to traditional two-dimensional radiography This article mainly focused on the clinical application of CBCT in root canal treatment.
