锥形束CT在牙周病学中的研究进展

  • 作者简介:潘亚萍，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。1999 — 2002 年及2006 — 2007 年以高级访问学者和客座教授在美国进行口腔微生物和牙周病学研究。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔内科学教研室主任、口腔生物学教研室主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会常务委员，中华口腔医学会辽宁省分会副会长，辽宁省口腔内科专业委员会主任委员，《中华口腔医学杂志》审稿专家，《华西口腔医学杂志》、《国际口腔医学杂志》、《现代口腔医学杂志》、《牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志》、《广东牙病防治》、《中国微生态学杂志》、《中国实用口腔科杂志》等编委。主要研究方向为牙周病与全身疾病相互关系研究、牙周病危险因素分析、口腔分子微生物学研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金项目2 项，国家科技部攻关合作项目2 项，国家教育部和省级课题等9 项。发表学术论文80 余篇，其中被SCI 收录7 篇。主编和参编著作4 部，获部、省级科技进步奖3 项。

摘要：

提要：锥形束CT（cone-beam computed tomography，CBCT）是目前较有力的牙周病辅助检查方式之一。研究发现，CBCT检查可促进牙周病的诊断、治疗及预后的评价等。近年来，CBCT在牙周病学中的重要作用备受关注。本文将对CBCT的成像原理及其在牙周领域中的研究进展进行简要阐述。

Abstract:

Summary：Cone-beam computed tomography is the most effective way of auxiliary examination for periodontal disease. Studies have found that imaging methods can promote the diagnosis，treatment and prognostic evaluation of periodontal disease. In recent years，people pay more attention to the important role of cone-beam computed tomography for periodontics. This review summarized the principle and the research of medical imaging technology in the field of periodontics.
