种植体周围骨吸收原因探讨及处理对策

摘要：

提要：口腔种植在牙列缺损、牙列缺失的修复中能获得良好的功能性、稳定性及美观性。尽管种植技术已经非常成熟，但在临床上仍出现一些影响种植体存活时间和使用效果的并发症。其中种植体周围骨吸收作为常见并发症之一，如不能及时控制，将严重影响种植体的成功率及存活率。本文就种植体周围骨吸收原因进行分析并提出一些处理的办法。

Abstract:

Summary：Dental implantology as a predictable rehabilitation technique represents a significant modification at the function， stability and aesthetics of denture. However， there are a lot of complications that will affect the survival and function of implants.The peri-implant bone resorption is one of the common implications. If the peri-implant bone loss isn’t properly treated， it will decrease the survival and function of implants. This article is focuses on discuss the reasons and treatment strategies for peri-implant bone resorption.
