from the osseointegration of bone and implants， which is the key point of implant denture prosthetic procedures. The systemic conditions and diseases play a vital role in the effect and lifetime of implant osseointegration， as their impact on the implant osseointegration is mainly reflacted by wound healing， capability of bone remodeling after implantation， long-time maintainance of osseointegrated implants and reducing occurrences of complications. This article focuses on the knowledge related to bone and implant integration， the treatments and analyses of special cases of clinical implant osseointegration and the relationship between osteoporosis and implantation.
