纳米粉体材料在牙齿美白领域中的应用研究进展

摘要: 随着人们对牙齿美学需求的日益增长,牙齿美白技术不断发展。传统的牙齿美白剂(如过氧化氢、过氧化脲)虽有效,但存在引发牙釉质损伤、牙龈刺激等副反应风险,且其活性成分不稳定、寿命短。纳米粉体材料凭借其高比表面积、独特催化性能及良好生物相容性,为发展安全高效的美白新技术提供了可能。文章系统阐述了牙齿变色类型与主流美白机制,重点聚焦金属氧化物粉体、陶瓷粉体及其他新型粉体在牙齿美白中的作用机制及研究进展,这些材料共同构建了“祛色-修复-防护”一体化新策略,并展望了该领域未来在多机制协同设计、长期生物安全性评估、临床标准化研究及日常化产品开发等方面的挑战与方向,以期为下一代牙齿美白技术的研发与临床转化提供理论参考。

Abstract: With the growing demand for dental aesthetics,tooth whitening technologies have been continuously advancing. Traditional tooth whiteners(e.g. hydrogen peroxide,carbamide peroxide)are effective,yet they carry the risks of causing enamel damage,gingival irritation and other side effects,and their active ingredients are unstable with short service lives. Nanopowder materials,due to their high specific surface area,unique catalytic properties and excellent biocompatibility,offer possibilities for developing new safe and efficient whitening technologies. This review systematically elaborates on the types of tooth discoloration and mainstream whitening mechanisms,with a focus on the mechanisms and research progress of metal oxide powders,ceramic powders and other novel powders in tooth whitening. These materials collectively construct a new integrated strategy of "decolorization-repair-protection". Finally,this paper prospects the future challenges and directions in this field,including multi-mechanism synergistic design,long-term biosafety evaluation,clinical standardization research and daily product development,aiming to provide theoretical references for the research and development as well as clinical translation of next-generation tooth whitening technologies.
