叉头框转录因子O1在口腔氧化应激相关疾病中作用研究进展

摘要: 氧化应激是体内氧化系统和抗氧化系统之间的失衡状态,通过氧化脂质、蛋白质和DNA来启动细胞组织损伤,最终导致细胞坏死或凋亡。在各种内外源性因素的刺激下,机体引发氧化应激,并导致相关组织损伤,从而促进牙周炎、根尖周炎、种植体周炎及口腔癌等多种口腔疾病的发生发展。叉头框转录因子O1(forkhead box O1,FoxO1)作为稳态调节因子,可清除活性氧,调控氧化应激反应。文章以口腔疾病氧化应激现象为切入点,就FoxO1调节氧化还原稳态在口腔疾病中的复杂作用研究进展做一综述,以期为FoxO1作为口腔疾病治疗新靶点提供理论依据。

Abstract: Oxidative stress is an imbalance between the body's oxidative and antioxidant systems that initiates tissue damage by oxidizing lipids,proteins,and DNA,eventually leading to cell necrosis or apoptosis. Under the stimulation of various endogenous and exogenous factors,oxidative stress is triggered in the body and leads to related tissue damage,which promotes the occurrence and development of various oral diseases,such as periodontitis,apical periodontitis,peri-implantitis and oral cancer. Forkhead box O1(FoxO1),as a homeostasis regulator,can remove reactive oxygen species and regulate oxidative stress response. This paper takes the oxidative stress phenomenon of oral diseases as the entry point and reviews the research progress on the complex role of FoxO1 in regulating redox homeostasis in oral diseases,with the expectation of providing a theoretical basis for FoxO1 to be used as a new therapeutic target for oral diseases.
