Abstract: Due to physical or mental defects，disabled children often have poor self-care ability and poor oral health. At present，conventional medical services cannot meet the needs of disabled children，so the oral health of disabled children needs more attention. This article systematically reviews the epidemiological status of oral diseases in disabled children，the challenges faced in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases in disabled children，and recommendations for prevention and treatment of common oral diseases in disabled children.
