分子氢在口腔疾病治疗中的作用研究进展

摘要: 医学气体分子能够轻易穿透细胞膜且无代谢残留,并表现出显著的抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗肿瘤、抗菌及细胞信号调节等作用,广泛应用于多种疾病的治疗中。口腔医学领域的学者也将其引入口腔疾病的治疗中,且已展现出一定的治疗和预防效果。分子氢可有效改善妊娠期龈炎、牙周炎、种植体周炎、放疗和化疗后损伤及颌面部神经痛,抑制肿瘤细胞生长,促进颌面部创伤的愈合。文章就体内外研究及临床试验中有关分子氢在口腔疾病治疗中作用的研究进展做一综述,以期为氢医学及相关口腔疾病的临床研究及治疗提供思路。

Abstract: Medical gas molecules can easily penetrate cell membranes without metabolic residues,and exhibit significant antioxidant,anti-apoptotic,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,and cell signaling effects,which are widely used in the treatment of a variety of diseases. Scholars in the field of stomatology have also introduced molecular hydrogen into the treatment of oral diseases,and it has shown certain therapeutic and preventive effects. Molecular hydrogen can effectively improve pregnancy gingivitis,periodontitis,peri-implantitis,post-radiotherapy and post-chemotherapy injuries and maxillofacial neuralgia,inhibit the growth of tumor cells,and promote the healing of maxillofacial wounds. This article summarizes the research progress in ex vivo and in vivo studies and clinical trials on the role of molecular hydrogen in the treatment of oral diseases,with a view to provide ideas for the clinical research and treatment of hydrogen medicine and the treatment of related oral diseases.
