可降解金属材料在引导骨再生中的应用研究进展

摘要: 引导骨再生(guided bone regeneration,GBR)技术是解决牙槽骨缺损等骨修复问题的重要手段;可降解金属材料凭借其独特的力学性能、可降解性,成为GBR领域的研究热点。文章系统阐述了可降解金属材料的结构与性能,包括镁基、锌基、铁基合金等的理化特性;深入解析了其在GBR中的作用原理,涉及空间维持及对信号通路的影响等;介绍了其在GBR中的应用形式,如屏障膜、骨植入物等的研究现状与临床进展;分析了其当前面临的挑战并展望未来发展方向,以期为其在GBR中的进一步研究与应用提供参考。

Abstract: Guided bone regeneration(GBR)is a critical technique for addressing bone repair challenges such as alveolar bone defects. Biodegradable metallic materials have emerged as a research focus in the GBR field due to their unique mechanical properties and degradability. This article systematically elaborates on the structure and properties of biodegradable metallic materials,including the physicochemical characteristics of magnesium-based,zinc-based,and iron-based alloys. It provides an in-depth analysis of their mechanisms in GBR,covering aspects such as space maintenance and their influence on signaling pathways. The application forms of these materials in GBR,including barrier membranes and bone implants,are introduced,along with current research status and clinical progress. Furthermore,the challenges currently faced are analyzed,and future development directions are proposed,with the aim of providing references for further research and application of biodegradable metallic materials in GBR.
