人工智能在牙拔除术中应用研究进展

摘要: 人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)通过模拟、延伸和扩展人类智能,赋予机器类似人类的认知及决策能力。凭借不断更新学习算法,AI展现出优异的大数据处理及模型预测性能,近年来在口腔医学领域逐渐广泛应用。牙拔除术作为牙槽外科常见的临床操作,其术前影像的清晰度、术中操作的精确度与患者预后息息相关,其术后并发症的发生风险也是医生及患者临床决策的重要参考,而AI则有望解决当前牙拔除术在上述环节中存在的问题,提升患者诊疗体验。文章就AI在牙拔除术中的处理影像学资料、辅助医生行术前临床决策、优化手术方案、预测术后并发症发生风险等方面应用研究进展做一综述,旨在为后续研究提供思路。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence(AI)empowers machines with human-like cognitive and decision-making abilities by simulating,extending and expanding human intelligence. With constantly updated learning algorithms,AI has demonstrated excellent big data processing and model prediction performance,and has gradually been widely used in the field of dentistry in recent years. Tooth extraction serves as the most common clinical operation in alveolar surgery,where the clarity of preoperative images and the precision of intraoperative operations are closely related to patient prognosis. The risk of postoperative complications is also an important reference for clinical decisions made by both physicians and patients. AI is expected to solve the current problems in the above aspects of tooth extraction and improve the experience of patients. This review provides the research progress of AI in processing imaging data,assisting surgeons in preoperative clinical decision-making,optimizing the surgery arrangement and predicting the risk of postoperative complications in tooth extractions,with the aim of providing ideas for subsequent research.
