髁突位置及形态变化影响因素研究进展

摘要: 健康的颞下颌关节是顺利行使咀嚼、吞咽、言语等重要口颌系统功能的前提。当健康人群的下颌处于牙尖交错位时,髁突位于关节窝中央。而不同疾病和治疗方式均可能导致髁突的位置和形态出现不同程度差异,甚至引发关节区弹响和(或)杂音、关节疼痛和(或)咀嚼肌疼痛、下颌运动异常等临床症状。锥形束CT作为一种高分辨率的三维影像技术,能够精准测量髁突发生的变化,为临床诊断和治疗提供重要依据。文章就年龄、相关疾病及治疗方式对髁突位置和形态变化的影响做一综述,旨在为相关临床工作提供参考,并为进一步研究颞下颌关节的功能与结构关系提供思路。

Abstract: A healthy temporomandibular joint is a prerequisite for the successful functioning of important oral and maxillary systems such as chewing,swallowing and speaking. In healthy people,when the jaw is in the intercuspal position,the condyle is located in the center of the articular fossa. Different diseases and treatments may lead to different degrees of differences in condylar position and morphology,and even lead to rattle and/or murmur in joint area,joint pain and/or masticatory muscle pain,abnormal jaw movement and other clinical symptoms. Cone beam CT,as a high resolution 3D imaging technology,can accurately measure the condylar changes,which provides an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper,the effects of age,related diseases and treatment methods on condylar position and morphological changes were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for clinical work and provide ideas for further research on the relationship between temporomandibular joint function and structure.
