人工合成多肽促牙本质再矿化预防继发龋的研究进展

摘要: 继发龋是导致牙体修复失败的常见原因,占树脂材料修复失败的34%。脱矿牙本质再矿化和防止牙本质胶原纤维水解以保持粘接界面的完整性和密闭性是预防继发龋的有效策略。随着对牙本质再矿化和非胶原蛋白研究的深入,寻找并设计拥有矿化功能域或多功能域的多肽,以模拟天然非胶原蛋白功能来实现牙本质仿生再矿化已成为研究热点。文章就人工合成多肽在牙本质再矿化领域中作用的研究进展做一综述,以期改进合成多肽的应用,并为促牙本质再矿化和预防继发龋提供新思路。

Abstract: Secondary caries is the most prevalent reason for tooth restoration failures,accounting for 34% of all failures of resin-based dental materials. Demineralized dentin remineralization and prevention of collagen fiber hydrolysis of dentin to maintain the integrity and airtightness of the bonding interface are effective strategies for the prevention of secondary caries. With studies on dentin remineralization and non-collagenous proteins deepening,finding and designing peptides possessing mineralizing or multifunctional domains to simulate the function of natural non-collagenous proteins to achieve dentin biomimetic remineralization has become a research hotspot. This paper presents a review on the research progress in the role of synthetic peptides in the field of dentin remineralization,with the aim of improving the application of synthetic peptides and providing new ideas for promoting dentin remineralization and preventing secondary caries.
