Abstract: Diseases occurring in dental tissues are very common，which are mainly classified into caries，pulp and periapical diseases，dental developmental abnormalities and genetic diseases，and dental trauma according to the types of diseases. When patients suffer from the above diseases，their usual complaints are toothache，tooth sensitivity and abnormal tooth color，shape，number and eruption. Guided by the chief complaints of patients，this article conducts medical history inquiry through the chief complaints of patients，and then performs clinical and imaging examinations based on the inquiry results，so as to achieve rapid and accurate management of patients′ diseases.
