脱矿牙本质基质作为新型植骨材料的研究进展

摘要: 牙本质基质(dentin matrix,DM)作为一种新型植骨材料,有着与牙槽骨相似的化学组成和物理结构,具有良好的骨诱导性、骨传导性、生物相容性及可吸收性,应用前景广阔。根据是否经过脱矿处理,DM可分为矿化牙本质基质(mineralized dentin matrix,MDM)和脱矿牙本质基质(demineralized dentin matrix,DDM)。近年来,大量的动物及临床研究均证实DDM具备良好的成骨能力,可获得令人满意的临床疗效。文章就DDM的应用基础、生物特性及临床应用做一综述。

Abstract: Dentin matrix(DM)is a new type of bone graft material with similar chemical composition and physical structure to alveolar bone,which has good osteoinductivity,osteoconductivity,biocompatibility and resorbability and has a wide range of application prospects. DM can be divided into mineralized dentin matrix(MDM)and demineralized dentin matrix(DDM),depending on whether it has been demineralized or not. In recent years,a large number of animal experiments and clinical studies have confirmed its good osteogenic ability and satisfactory clinical efficacy. In this paper,we review the basis of application,biological characteristics and clinical applications of DDM.
