根管显微镜联合超声技术用于阻塞根管治疗价值研究

摘要：

目的    探讨根管显微镜联合超声技术在阻塞根管治疗中的应用效果。方法    选择 2009年8月至2010年1月于大连市口腔医院牙体牙髓科就诊的根管阻塞患者89例（89颗患牙），共134个根管因钙化、器械折断、塑化治疗、折断根管桩等原因造成根管阻塞，在根管显微镜下应用超声技术进行根管治疗，统计成功率。结果    有71颗患牙（107个根管）完成根管治疗，成功率为79.8%；根管再通率为79.9%。其中钙化根管的再通率为85.3%，器械折断根管再通率为76.5%，塑化根管的再通率为73.0%，折断根管桩的根管再通率为100 %，折断根管桩的根管再通率明显高于其他3种类型，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论    显微超声技术的应用为临床治疗阻塞根管提供了有效的方法。

Abstract:

Objective    To explore the effective results of the dental operative microscope and ultrasonic apparatus in treating the blocked root canals.  Methods    A total of 134 blocked canals in 89 teeth were treated with ultrasonic tips and files under dental operative microscope in Dalian Stomatological Hospital from August 2009 to January 2010. The etiology of canal blockage included calcification，broken instruments，resinifying therapy and broken post. The calculation of success rates was done. Results    Totally teeth were treated with a success rate of 79.8%，79.9% of the blocked canals negotiated. The success rate of each category of the blocked canals was：85.3% for calcified，76.5% for canals blocked by instrument fragment，73.0% for canals subjected to resinifying therapy，and 100% for canals blocked by post. The success rate of canals blocked by post was higher than the other three groups. The difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion    It is effective to treat blocked canals with dental operative microscope and ultrasonic root canal technique.
