牙周膜的动态力学特性及有限元建模研究进展

摘要: 近年来,有限元分析在牙周膜力学建模领域备受关注,已成为研究牙周膜复杂力学行为的重要工具。牙周膜作为连接牙齿与牙槽骨的关键组织,在力学反应中表现出显著的黏弹性和非线性特性,其组织结构中的纤维相主要抵抗拉伸力,而液体相则赋予其独特的黏弹性和时间依赖性。然而,如何进一步揭示牙周膜的动态力学特性并优化有限元建模方法,仍是当前研究的重点和热点。因此,文章旨在系统回顾牙周膜动态力学特性及其有限元建模的研究进展,为相关领域提供参考和启示。

Abstract: In recent years,finite element analysis has garnered significant attention in the field of periodontal ligament mechanical modeling,becoming a crucial tool for studying its complex mechanical behavior. The periodontal ligament,as a key tissue connecting teeth to alveolar bone,exhibits pronounced viscoelastic and nonlinear properties in its mechanical responses. Within its structure,the fibrous phase primarily resists tensile forces,while the fluid phase imparts distinctive viscoelasticity and time-dependent behavior. However,further elucidating the dynamic mechanical properties of the periodontal ligament and optimizing finite element modeling approaches remain focal points and hot topics in current researches. Therefore,this paper aims to systematically review the research progress on the dynamic mechanical properties of the periodontal ligament and its finite element modeling,providing references and insights for related fields.
