摘要： 牙槽嵴和牙龈解剖形态的保存或重建是种植修复获得健康、功能和美学效果的先决条件。牙槽嵴保存术可保持软硬组织轮廓，简化未来种植修复治疗程序。牙槽嵴保存术后种植修复的效果是其最重要的临床价值所在。文章就牙槽嵴保存术后种植修复效果做一阐述，为其临床推广应用提供依据。

Abstract: The preservation or reconstruction of alveolar ridge and gingival anatomical morphology is a prerequisite for achieving healthy, functional and aesthetic outcomes. Alveolar ridge preservation has been introduced to maintain the hard and soft tissue level and contour，and to simplify the future procedure of implantation repair. Its most important clinical value lies in the outcomes of implantation repair following alveolar ridge preservation. This article reviews the outcomes of implantation repair after alveolar ridge preservation in order to provide a foundation for further clinical application.
