改性钛基材料调控巨噬细胞表型促进免疫成骨进程研究进展

摘要: 种植体周围组织修复效果是影响种植手术成功率的重要因素。目前,通过巨噬细胞调控骨免疫进程,促进血管生成和加速骨改建是种植领域的研究热点之一。种植体表面处理可影响细胞黏附和周围炎症微环境中的巨噬细胞极化,进而影响种植术后早期软组织愈合和晚期成骨。文章就不同钛基材料的种植体表面处理方式对巨噬细胞极化的影响及其介导的组织修复效果的研究进展做一综述,旨在寻找骨免疫调节的最佳时机和策略。

Abstract: Peri-implant tissue repair is an important factor that affects the success rate of the implant. At present,osteoimmunomodulation mediated by macrophages is one of the research hotspots of implantation,which focuses on promoting angiogenesis and accelerating bone remodeling. Implant surface treatment affects the polarization phenotype of macrophages both adhering on the surface of the implant and in the peri-implant inflammatory microenvironment,thereby affecting early soft tissue healing and late osteogenesis after implant surgery. This article reviews the effects of different implant surface treatments on the polarization of macrophages and tissue repair mediated by them,aiming at finding the best opportunity and strategy for osteoimmunomodulation.
