摘要:
生物材料广泛应用于修复和再生医学,通过替代或再生恢复损伤组织的生理功能。矿化胶原是一种与天然骨组织具有相同化学成分和微观结构的复合材料,具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、骨传导性和骨诱导性,在修复骨缺损、促进新骨形成方面具有很好的应用前景。巨噬细胞是免疫系统的重要组分,在维持机体的自身稳态、免疫监视、疾病进展和组织重建过程中发挥重要作用。任何生物材料植入体内后都会引发异物反应,巨噬细胞是参与异物反应的关键细胞。文章就生物材料与巨噬细胞的关系进行综述。

Abstract:
Biomaterials are widely used in prosthetic and regenerative medicine. Biomaterials can recover the physiological functions of damaged tissue through replacement or regeneration. Biomimetic mineralized collagen is a composite material possessing the same chemical compositions and microstructures with the natural bone tissue. It has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, osteoconduction and osteoinductivity and has good potential applications in terms of repairing bone defect and promoting new bone formation. Macrophages are important components of the immune system and they play an important role in maintaining the homeostasis, immune surveilance, the progression of disease and tissue reconstruction. Any biomaterials will lead to a foreign body reaction after they are implanted in the body. Macrophages are important in foreign body reactions. In this paper, we will summarize the relationship between biomaterials and macrophages.
