气态臭氧消毒硅橡胶印模材料效果及对材料表面性质影响的研究

摘要: 目的    研究气态臭氧对硅橡胶印模材料消毒效果、材料表面润湿性及尺寸变化的影响。方法    制备加成型亲水硅橡胶印模试件250个,随机分为5组,按照消毒处理方式记为无处理A组、流水冲洗A组、臭氧A组、0.525% NaClO A组和1% NaClO A组,每组各50个试件;分析比较消毒2、5、10、15、30 min后各组菌落数和接触角大小。制备具有压痕标线的加成型亲水硅橡胶印模80个,随机分为5组,按照消毒处理方式记为无处理B组、流水冲洗B组、臭氧B组、0.525% NaClO B组和1% NaClO B组,每组各16个试件;分析比较消毒30 min后各组试件尺寸变化量(a变化量和b变化量)及变化率(∆a和∆b)。结果    ①在消毒2 min后,菌落总数由高至低依次为无处理A组、流水冲洗A组、臭氧A组、0.525% NaClO A组、1% NaClO A组,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);在消毒5 min后,臭氧A组菌落总数明显低于无处理A组和流水冲洗A组(均P < 0.05),其与0.525% NaClO A组和1% NaClO A组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P > 0.05)。在消毒10 min后,臭氧A组、0.525% NaClO A组和1% NaClO A组菌落总数均趋近于0 CFU。②各组接触角大小随着消毒时间的延长无显著改变(F = 2.659,P = 0.056);但各组接触角比较,差异有统计学意义(F = 266.823,P < 0.001);其中,臭氧A组、0.525% NaClO A组和1% NaClO A组接触角比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P > 0.05);而其均大于无处理A组和流水冲洗A组(均P < 0.05)。③各组试件a变化量、b变化量总的比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。其中,臭氧B组、0.525% NaClO B组、1% NaClO B组试件的a变化量和b变化量均依次增大,且大于无处理B组和流水冲洗B组(均P < 0.05);且0.525% NaClO B组和1% NaClO B组试件的∆b均大于1.5%。结论   对硅橡胶印模材料消毒5 min后,质量浓度为12.8 mg/L的气态臭氧消毒效果与质量分数为0.525%和1%的NaClO溶液相当,三者对材料表面湿润性的影响相似,而气态臭氧对材料尺寸的影响会更小,适合在临床中推广应用。

Abstract: Objective    To assess the effects of gaseous ozone on the disinfection efficacy,wettability and dimensional change of silicone rubber impression materials. Methods    A total of 250 specimens of hydrophilic silicone rubber impression were prepared and randomly divided into 5 groups,which were recorded as untreated group A,rinsed group A,ozone group A,0.525% NaClO group A and 1% NaClO group A (n = 50). The colony numbers and contact angle of each group were analyzed and compared after 2,5,10,15 and 30 minutes of disinfection. Eighty hydrophilic silicone rubber impressions with indentation marks were prepared and randomly divided into 5 groups,including untreated group B,rinsed group B,ozone group B,0.525% NaClO group B and 1% NaClO group B (n = 16). The size variation of line a and b,and the change rate(∆a and ∆b)of each group after 30 minutes of disinfection were analyzed and compared. Results    ①After 2 minutes of disinfection,the total number of colonies in descending order from high to low was:untreated group A,rinsed group A,ozone group A,0.525% NaClO group A and 1% NaClO group A,and there was a statistical difference between them(P < 0.05). After 5 minutes of disinfection,the number of colonies in ozone group A was significantly lower than the untreated group A and rinsed group A (P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between it and 0.525% NaClO group A and 1% NaClO group A(P > 0.05). After 10 minutes of disinfection,the colony numbers in ozone group A,0.525% NaClO group A and 1% NaClO group A all approached to 0 CFU. ②The contact angle of each group had no significant difference with the extension of disinfection time(F = 2.659,P = 0.056). However,there was statistical difference in contact angle among the groups (F = 266.823,P < 0.001). Among them,there was no statistical difference in contract angle among ozone group A,0.525%NaClO group A and 1% NaClO group A (P > 0.05),which were larger than untreated group A and rinsed group A (P < 0.05). ③The changes of line a and b in ozone group B,0.525% NaClO group B and 1% NaClO  group B increased successively,and they were greater than those in untreated group B and rinsed group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The ∆b of 0.525% NaClO group B and 1% NaClO group B was higher than 1.5%. Conclusion    After 5 minutes of disinfection,the disinfection effect and mass fraction of gaseous ozone at the concertration of 12.8 mg/L are equivalent to those of 0.525% NaClO and 1% NaClO. These three disinfection methods have similar effects on the surface wettability,while gaseous ozone has less effect on the size of silicone rubber impression materials. Therefore,the application of gaseous ozone can be popularized in clinical disinfection.
