    LUO De-yi,SHEN Hong
    2017, 33(10): 1002-1005.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2017100104
    Abstract ( )

Urinary incontinence refers to the condition that the urine flows out of the urethra unconsciously. The earlier overseas studies reported that urinary incontinence happened in 4.5%-53.0% women;meanwhile,in China, the reports showed the incidence of adult female stress urinary incontinence was up to 18.9.The diagnosis and assessments of urinary incontinence included qualitative diagnosis, typing diagnosis, degree diagnosis and concomitant diseases. This study is based on the EAU urinary incontinence guideline and degree of evidence;it summarizes several evidences and recommends the known evidences of urinary incontinence diagnosis to clinicians. At the same time, this study focuses on the differential diagnosis of the urinary incontinence according to the function and structure of urethra.Overall,in the clinical practice, the proper diagnosis of urinary incontinence can be based on the symptom description of patients;however, more attention should be paid to the suspected patients.

Diagnosis of pelvic floor defects in pelvic organ prolapse.
    WANG Feng-mei,SONG Yan-feng
    2017, 33(10): 1005-1008.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2017100105
    Abstract ( )

Pelvic organ prolapse(POP) is a series of clinical symptoms caused by weakness of pelvic floor support structure. The same symptoms of POP may be caused by different pelvic tissue defect.Only definite diagnosis can be used to select the correct made of operation, develop individualized clinical programs, improve the cure rate and reduce complications.

Application of pelvic floor ultrasonography in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction.
    LEI Kai-rong,LI Yan-ping
    2017, 33(10): 1008-1014.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2017100106
    Abstract ( )

Female pelvic floor dysfunction is caused by defect, degradation, trauma or dysfunction of pelvic floor, including pelvic organ prolapse, stress urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, obstructed defecation and sexual dysfunction.Vaginal delivery is the risk factor.Pelvic floor ultrasound is an important imaging method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction and assessing pelvic floor function and efficacy of treatment, with advantages of being safe, convenient, cheap, dynamic and with high-resolution.

Method and significance of 3D reconstruction of pelvic floor based on MRI.
    LIU Ping,TANG Lian
    2017, 33(10): 1014-1018.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2017100107
    Abstract ( )

The 3D reconstruction of pelvic floor based on MRI can help to understand pelvic floor anatomy and assist the diagnosis of pelvic floor defect. At present, the 3D reconstruction of pelvic floor based on MRI include pelvis, pelvic organs, pelvic floor muscles, ligaments and so on,which is the latest method of studying pelvic floor. The author has researched the pelvic floor of young nullipara, the women at full-term late pregnancy or with radical hysterectomy and POP patients, and found that with this method the pelvic floor can be observed in different states, which helps to understand the anatomy and function of pelvic floor abnormalities, assist the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfuctions, which is more advanced than pelvic ultrasound. But the three-dimensional reconstruction of pelvic floor is based on MRI examination, which is more expensive, and the technology is relatively difficult to grasp,so it is suitable for scientific research, but has some difficulties in clinical promotion.

Significance of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing pelvic floor defects.
    HAN Jin-song,CHEN Yong-kang
    2017, 33(10): 1018-1025.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2017100108
    Abstract ( )

Pelvic organ prolapse quantification system has limitations of direct assessment of surgical anatomy, but magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) can clarify a diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse.Static images are mainly used to observe the defects of pelvic sling.Dynamic images are used to evaluate the grade of pelvic organ prolapse. It helps to determine appropriate surgical procedure. However, there is no uniform standard for the diagnosis of POP degree in MRI,and the correlation coefficients between different diagnostic criteria and clinical examination are different.Although MRI is an important diagnostic resource of pelvic floor dysfunction,it cannot replace clinical examination completely.

    SU Yuan- yuan,HAN Yan- hua
    2017, 33(10): 1038-1040.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2017100112
    Abstract ( )

The pelvic floor surgery can only restore the pelvic floor anatomy of patients with mild to severe pelvic organ prolapse and improve the quality of life of patients, but can not improve the pelvic floor electrophysiological function. There were no improvement in the electrophysiological indexes, such as muscle strength, fatigue,EMG and pressure of pelvic floor muscles, and the proportion of normal a3 reflex and pelvic muscle contraction could not be significantly improved. Therefore,we should pay attention to the electrophysiological evaluation after the pelvic floor surgery, and make the pelvic floor function rehabilitation treatment in time,so as to achieve the purpose of rehabilitating the pelvic floor both in anatomy and function.
