Abstract:

Obstructed defecation syndrome is a common pelvic floor dysfunction，including organic and/or functional anorectal disorders.A large subset of outlet dysfunction has a functional defecation disorder.Specialized tests to evaluate structure and function are useful for identifying the underlying cause and making the decision of operation.

排便障碍综合征是一种常见的盆底功能障碍性疾病，病因包括肛门直肠结构和（或）功能的异常，大多数患者为功能性排便障碍。形态学和功能学检查手段有助于明确病因，也为手术治疗提供了重要依据。
