Abstract: Gestational trophoblastic neoplasms（GTNs） include invasive hydatidiform mole，choriocarcinoma，placental site trophoblastic tumors and epithelioid trophoblastic tumors. GTN mostly occurs in women of child-bearing age，so it is particularly important to preserve the fertility of patients. This paper expounded the methods of fertility-sparing treatments for GTN，such as systemic intravenous chemotherapy or arterial intubation chemotherapy，arterial embolization，conservative surgery，and immunotherapy. The pregnancy outcomes after fertility-preserving treatment were summarized.

摘要： 妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤（gestational trophoblastic neoplasms，GTN）包括侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒毛膜癌、胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤和上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤。GTN多发生于育龄妇女，因此，治疗的同时保留患者的生育力尤为重要。文章阐述了保留生育力治疗GTN的方法，如全身静脉化疗或动脉插管化疗、动脉栓塞治疗、保守性手术、免疫治疗等，并总结保留生育力治疗后的妊娠结局等相关问题。
