Abstract: In this paper，the author introduced the evolution of instruments related to gynecological single-site laparoscopic surgery，from the perspective of historical development，focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of related instruments and the reasons for their improvement，as well as the impact on the development of gynecological single-site laparoscopic surgery.It is helpful for readers to better choose the appropriate instruments on the basis of understanding the relevant history.
