Abstract: The onset age of gynecological malignant tumor tends to be younger.The development of assisted reproductive technology（ART）provides the patients with the possibility of fertility preservation，which mostly depends on the process of ovulation induction and embryo transfer.Individualized ovulation induction and embryo transfer protocols should be selected according to the type of tumor as well as the medical safety and timeliness of patients in clinical practice.

摘要： 妇科恶性肿瘤的发病趋于年轻化，辅助生殖技术的发展为患者提供了生育力保存的可能，而生育力保存多依赖于促排卵及胚胎移植。临床上，需根据肿瘤类型，兼顾患者的医疗安全性和时效性，选择个体化促排卵和胚胎移植方案。
