Abstract:

laparascopic  peritoneal vaginoplasty（Luohu Ⅱ procedure）has showed to be a safe，simple and most efficient method of the treatment for MRKH syndrome  based on the 10 years’ successful experience in 1000 patients since 2001.laparascopic  peritoneal vaginoplasty（Luohu Ⅱ procedure）has shorter operation time，less blood loss and lower operation costs.Based on our experience  as well as the literature of vaginoplasty and the techniques of Luohu Ⅱ produces，indications，management principles，surgical skills and complications of  Luohu Ⅱ produces are introduced in this article.

摘要：

自从2001年第1例腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术开始实施后，腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术（罗湖Ⅱ式）从安全性、临床效果等已经得到多方临床实践的验证，是近来治疗先天性无阴道患者特别是MRKH综合征患者的较为常用方法。其手术操作时间短，步骤简单，创伤小，术后人工阴道美观，患者认可度高。文章结合文献和罗湖医院施行腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术（罗湖Ⅱ式）的临床经验，就罗湖Ⅱ式的手术适应证、手术操作原则及技巧，以及手术中并发症处理做一介绍。
