Abstract:

Vaginoplasty  is an efficient treatment for patients with  absence of vagina.There are more then 20 kinds of  procedures of vaginoplasty in the past over 200 years.All procedures  have advantages and  disadvantages.An individualized vaginoplasty for the patients will bring them  good outcomes.

阴道成形术是治疗MRKH综合征等先天性无阴道患者的有效方法。其发展的历史超过200年。各种阴道成形术的手术途径、手术方法、手术材料及手术效果各不相同。了解不同阴道成形术的特点及手术利弊，对患者进行个性化治疗，可帮助患者获得最佳手术效果。
