Abstract:

Ambiguous genitalia（AG）is related to abnormal effects of androgens.The major etiologies are congenital disorders of sex development（DSD）and acquired androgen secreting tumors.The key point of management is based on precise etiological diagnosis，and treatment methods include operations，drugs and plastic surgery.

摘要：

女性外生殖器畸形与雄激素作用异常有关。病因中主要是先天性的性发育异常和后天分泌雄激素的肿瘤。治疗的关键在于明确病因，方法包括病因的手术治疗、药物治疗及外阴整形手术。
