Abstract:

Oblique vaginal septum syndrome（OVSS）is a rare type of clinical reproductive tract abnormality.A consensus has not been reached on its pathogeny，classification，diagnosis，and treatment in the international society.The diversity and complexity of clinical manifestations of OVSS increase the difficulty of diagnosis.The only one treatment for OVSS is surgery.The optimal time of operation is in menstruation.   Early detection，diagnosis and treatment are the key point in the prognosis.

摘要：

阴道斜隔综合征（OVSS）为临床上一类罕见的生殖道畸形，其诊断、分型及治疗国际上尚未形成共识。OVSS临床症状的多样性和复杂性增加了诊断的难度。手术治疗是OVSS惟一有效的方法，手术时机最好选择在月经期，早期识别和治疗OVSS对患者预后至关重要。
