Abstract:Surgery is the main treatment for early stage cervical cancer.The diagnosis and treatment rely mainly on the basis of two guidelines，that is FIGO and NCCN guidelines.FIGO guidelines updated every three years，while NCCN guidelines updated several times within a year，however，there is little change in the basic principles of surgical treatment.At the same time，the new guidelines also introduced something currently controversial，which including locating low risk factor to avoid parmetrectomy，sentinel lymph node mapping，application of minimally invasive surgical approache etc.In this article，we introduced the basic principles of surgical treatment in cervical cancer as well as discussed the controversial issue.

摘要：

早期宫颈癌的治疗主要依赖手术治疗，诊疗依据主要依靠国际妇产科联盟（FIGO）和美国国立综合癌症网络（NCCN）两个指南。FIGO指南和NCCN指南虽然经常更新，但手术治疗原则基本没有变动。随着医学的发展，对手术基本原则也出现一些争议，如早期患者缩小手术范围、微创手术的应用价值等。文章主要介绍宫颈癌手术治疗基本原则，同时讨论一些具有争议性的问题。
