Abstract: Abdominal radical hysterectomy plus bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection with（or without）para-aortic lymph node dissection is the standard surgery for early cervical cancer.In cervical cancer surgery it is needed to pay attention to the surgical approach，the surgical resection range of parametrium, the control of complications，the standardization of adjuvant treatment，specimen observation and anatomy as well as enhanced recovery after surgery.

摘要： 开腹广泛性子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结切除术±腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除术是早期子宫颈癌手术的标准术式。子宫颈癌手术需重视手术途径、子宫颈周围切除范围、并发症控制、辅助治疗规范化、标本观察和解剖以及围手术期快速康复。
