Abstract

Abstract: Fetal growth restriction（FGR）is a major factor contributing to the perinatal morbidity and mortality.Based on the FGR guidelines and expert consensus of China，the USA，GB，Canada，France，New Zealand and Ireland and with reference to the latest clinical researches，this review summarizes the timing and route of delivery for pregnancy with FGR.

摘要： 胎儿生长受限（fetal growth restriction，FGR）是导致围产儿死亡和患病的重要因素。文章对比中国、美国、英国、加拿大、法国、新西兰、爱尔兰国家FGR指南及专家共识，参考最新临床研究，总结了FGR的分娩时机及分娩方式。
