Abstract: Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy（APIP）is a serious disease in pregnancy and puerperium. In recent years，the incidence rate has increased significantly，with the characteristics of acute onset，atypical clinical symptoms，rapid progress，high mortality，and many adverse pregnancy outcomes. Due to the dramatic differences in the onset factors，severity and gestational weeks of APIP patients，appropriate medical decisions mainly depend on experiential individualized treatment. The problems of early diagnosis and timely intervention seriously threaten the health of mothers and children，and the lack of standardized management of treatment also plagues clinicians. This article will review the etiology，diagnosis，treatment，prevention and management of pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis.

摘要： 妊娠合并急性胰腺炎（APIP）是妊娠期及产褥期的重症疾病，近年来发病率显著升高，具有起病急、临床症状不典型、病情进展快、病死率高、不良妊娠结局多等特点。因APIP孕妇的起病因素、严重程度及孕周差异较大，适当的医疗决策主要依赖于经验性个体化治疗，其早期诊断与及时干预的难题严重威胁母儿健康，缺乏规范化的治疗管理同时困扰着临床医师。文章从妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的病因、诊断、治疗、预防与管理等方面作一概述。
