    WU Yan-xin, LIANG Zan-xiong, WANG Zi-lian
    2023, 39(4): 387-391.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040102
    Abstract ( )
Acute abdomen in pregnancy(AAP)can be due to obstetric as well as non-obstetric causes. The diagnosis and treatment of AAP are often delayed due to lack of typical symptoms and signs. AAP develops rapidly, and can endanger the life safety of mothers and fetuses in severe cases. Early identification of AAP and early warning of the severity are of great significance to maintain the health of mothers and children

    2023, 39(4): 391-395.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040103
    Abstract ( )
Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy(APIP)is a serious disease in pregnancy and puerperium. In recent years, the incidence rate has increased significantly, with the characteristics of acute onset, atypical clinical symptoms, rapid progress, high mortality, and many adverse pregnancy outcomes. Due to the dramatic differences in the onset factors, severity and gestational weeks of APIP patients, appropriate medical decisions mainly depend on experiential individualized treatment. The problems of early diagnosis and timely intervention seriously threaten the health of mothers and children, and the lack of standardized management of treatment also plagues clinicians. This article will review the etiology, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and management of pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis.
Diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis:conservative or surgical?
    CHEN Gong-li, LIU Ya-min, QI Hong-bo
    2023, 39(4): 395-398.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040104
    Abstract ( )
Acute appendicitis is the most common surgical complication in pregnancy. It is easy to be misdiagnosed because of its atypical clinical features and signs, which leads to adverse maternal and fetal outcomes due to delayed treatment. At present, there are still contraversies on the treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis. The diagnosis and conservative and surgical strategy of this disease were described in the article.
Management of mesenteric vascular occlusion during pregnancy.
    CHEN Qiu-he, HU Ya-yi
    2023, 39(4): 398-402.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040105
    Abstract ( )
Mesenteric vascular occlusion(MVO)is a series of syndromes caused by mesenteric artery embolism or thrombosis, mesenteric vein thrombosis leading to acute intestinal ischemia(AMI),which can lead to intestinal necrosis or even death. Pregnancy complicated with MVO is a rare surgical acute abdomen with high misdiagnosis and mortality rate due to atypical early symptoms and lack of specific tests. This article elaborates on the etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, aiming to improve the understanding of clinicians about this disease, assist the early diagnosis, and thus improve the survival rate and prognosis.
Adnexal torsion during pregnancy: timing and method of surgery.
    GUO Xiao-yue, ZHAO Yang-yu
    2023, 39(4): 403-406.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040106
    Abstract ( )
Compared with that during non-pregnancy,the incidence of adnexal torsion during pregnancy significantly increases, which is more common in patients with assisted reproductive technology. Adnexal torsion during pregnancy not only has the risk of ovarian necrosis, but also may lead to miscarriage, premature delivery and other adverse outcomes. This article systematically reviews the occurrence, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of adnexal torsion during pregnancy, focusing on the timing, route and mode of operation.
Early identification of uterine rupture during pregnancy.
    ZHUANG Jing-yi, YING Hao
    2023, 39(4): 406-411.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040107
    Abstract ( )
Uterine rupture during pregnancy is a rare obstetric complication with various clinical manifestations but without specificity, which often leads to missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis as other acute abdomen during pregnancy, leading to catastrophic consequences for mothers and children. Early recognition and timely diagnosis and treatment play a key role in improving pregnancy outcome. This article will focus on its incidence, high risk factors, clinical signs and so on,and through combination with the author's clinical experience,a discussion is made in order to provide reference for the early identification and diagnosis of uterine rupture during pregnancy.
Management of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm during pregnancy.
    YIN Xian-qin, CHEN Dun-jin, .
    2023, 39(4): 411-414.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040108
    Abstract ( )
Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)is permanent and localized abnormal expansion of the abdominal aorta wall caused by the damage of the middle vascular wall structure.Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm(RAAA)is the most catastrophic prognosis, with a high fatality rate even after active treatment. The changes in blood circulation and hormone levels during pregnancy lead to increased load and damage to vascular wall, which accelerates the progression of RAAA to a certain extent. We have to confront greater difficulties and challenges because the treatment needs to take into account the dual factors of pregnant woman and the fetus. The precise cooperation of multidisciplinary teams is an important guarantee for the success of treatment.
Management of degeneration of uterine fibroids during pregnancy.
    FENG Ling, ZHOU Xuan
    2023, 39(4): 415-418.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2023040109
    Abstract ( )
Uterine fibroid is a kind of benign leiomyoma which is common in clinic. The incidence of uterine fibroids in pregnancy increases with the increase of maternal age. Uterine fibroids during pregnancy are prone to have various kinds of degeneration, but red degeneration is the most common and is one of the obstetric emergencies, which in severe cases might lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. The degeneration of uterine fibroids during pregnancy should be adequately evaluated in clinical work, and symptomatic supportive treatment should be actively performed in order to reduce the risks associated with pregnancy.
