Abstract: Abdominal aortic aneurysm（AAA）is permanent and localized abnormal expansion of the abdominal aorta wall caused by the damage of the middle vascular wall structure.Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm（RAAA）is the most catastrophic prognosis，with a high fatality rate even after active treatment. The changes in blood circulation and hormone levels during pregnancy lead to increased load and damage to vascular wall，which accelerates the progression of RAAA to a certain extent.We have to confront greater difficulties and challenges because the treatment needs to take into account the dual factors of pregnant woman and the fetus. The precise cooperation of multidisciplinary teams is an important guarantee for the success of treatment.

摘要： 腹主动脉瘤（abdominal aortic aneurysm，AAA）是指由于血管壁中层结构损害造成的腹主动脉管壁永久性、局限性的异常扩张，腹主动脉瘤破裂（ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm，RAAA）是其最为灾难性的预后，即使积极救治仍有较高的病死率。妊娠期的血液循环和激素水平变化导致血管壁负荷及损伤加重，一定程度上加速了RAAA的进程；处置时需兼顾母体和胎儿的双重因素，因此面临更大的难度和挑战，多学科团队的精密合作是救治成功的重要保障。
