Abstract

Abdominal aortic aneurysm（AAA）is permanent and localized abnormal expansion of the abdominal aorta wall caused by the damage of the middle vascular wall structure.Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm（RAAA）is the most catastrophic prognosis，with a high fatality rate even after active treatment. The changes in blood circulation and hormone levels during pregnancy lead to increased load and damage to vascular wall，which accelerates the progression of RAAA to a certain extent.We have to confront greater difficulties and challenges because the treatment needs to take into account the dual factors of pregnant woman and the fetus. The precise cooperation of multidisciplinary teams is an important guarantee for the success of treatment.
