Abstract: In this review，we systematically described the epidemiology and natural history of cervical lesions，colposcopic indications，physiological changes of cervix and characteristics of colposcopic images， management principle of cervical lesions during pregnancy，and the epidemiology of HPV infection during pregnancy and its impact on pregnancy，outcome and delivery mode.

摘要： 文章系统地阐述了妊娠期子宫颈病变的流行病学和自然史、阴道镜检查指征、子宫颈生理变化和阴道镜图像特点、子宫颈病变分层管理原则。妊娠期HPV感染流行病学及其对妊娠、子宫颈病变结局、分娩方式的影响。
