Abstract:

Reducing medical errors，thus to improve our service for infertile patients, is the main goal for all medical staffs in ART field.Prevention of adverse incidents is one of the key points of controlling medical errors.This paper introduced current situation and problems faced in management of adverse incidents based on latest information. Principals and strategies to prevent adverse  incdients were sumarized.We hope to promote the healthy development of ART in China.

摘要：

在辅助生殖技术中，减少医疗差错、提高医疗质量一直是管理者和医疗工作者追求的重要目标，其中减少体外受精实验室的风险事件是减少辅助生殖治疗中医疗差错的关键所在。文章介绍了国内外体外受精实验室风险事件的现状和面临的问题，也总结了国内外对于体外受精实验室风险事件防范的原则和对策，希望为进一步促进我国辅助生殖技术的发展提供借鉴和参考。
