Abstract:

The main objective of an IVF center is to provide good service for infertile couples.One of the key factors contributing to this outcome is the performance of the embryo laboratory，where embryos of the patients developed.Only embryos with good viability can achieve successful pregnancy.It is now becoming increasingly evident that embryo and its later development can be affected by external conditions during oocytes development and sperm collection.The development and viability of embryos in vitro is affected by contaminants and relatively small ?uctuations in the environment，such as VOCs，environment temperature，concentration of CO2 and pH.The purpose of quality control activities in IVF laboratory is to ensure reproducibility of all methods and operations in order to provide consistent and optimal conditions for the embryo culture.

摘要：

体外受精（IVF）中心最主要的目的是为不孕夫妇提供良好的服务，而培养患者胚胎的人类胚胎培养室的工作表现是达到这一目的的关键因素之一。只有活力良好的胚胎才能获得成功的妊娠。现在越来越多的证据表明，配子收集和胚胎发育阶段的外部条件会影响胚胎发育。胚胎的发育和活力会受到外界污染物和环境条件波动的影响，比如挥发性有机物（VOCs）、环境温度、二氧化碳浓度和pH值等。IVF培养室进行质量控制活动的目的就是确保所有方法和操作的可重复性，从而为胚胎培养提供稳定的理想环境。
