Abstract:

The main function of IVF laboratory is for  the in vitro operation and culture of human gametes/embryos.IVF laboratory setting plays a crucial role for the successful assisted reproductive technology.The air quality，temperature and humidity，as well as the configuration of equipment will affect the development and implantation of the embryos as well as the safety of the fetus.This paper will focus on the key setting of IVF laboratory.

摘要：

体外受精（IVF）实验室的主要作用是对人类配子、胚胎进行体外操作以及培养。因此，IVF实验室的设置对辅助生殖技术的成功起着至关重要的作用，其空气质量、温度和湿度以及仪器设备的配置等都会影响胚胎的发育以及后期的着床和胎儿的安全。文章就IVF实验室关键设置予以总结。
