Abstract:

Abdominal pregnancy is regarded as a form of an ectopic pregnancy where the embryo or fetus is growing and developing outside the womb in the abdomen，but not in the fallopian tube or ovary or broad ligament.The misdiagnosis and mortality rate of abdominal pregnancy is high，which has a strong impact on maternal and child health.Early diagnosis and treatment can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.This article summarized the classification of the abdominal pregnancy，early diagnosis and treatment of abdominal pregnancy.

摘要：

腹腔妊娠是指胚胎或胎儿位于输卵管、卵巢及阔韧带以外的腹腔内。腹腔妊娠误诊率高、死亡率高，严重影响母婴健康。早期诊断及治疗可显著改善患者预后。文章主要从腹腔妊娠的分类、早期的腹腔妊娠的诊断和治疗方面进行阐述。
