Abstract:

Surgical treatment for ectopic pregnancy has been extensively performed laparoscopically.LESS（Laparoendoscopic Single-site Surgery）is an advanced technique in laparoscopic surgery that limits the number of incisions.This article introduces the procedure and instruments of this new technique in surgery for ectopic pregnancy，and also presents our experiences by retrospective analysis in this area.LESS surgery is considered as a feasible operation for ectopic pregnancy and is in accordance with the idea of minimally invasive surgery.It is easy to master for beginner sand can offer a superior cosmetic outcome and a good efficacy.

摘要：

异位妊娠的手术治疗已经广泛采用腹腔镜途径。单孔腹腔镜手术（LESS）是一种先进的、只需要单一切口的腹腔镜操作技术。文章介绍了LESS技术的手术过程和相关器械特点，同时展示了笔者在这一领域进行的回顾性研究成果。LESS技术应用于异位妊娠手术符合微创理念。异位妊娠的LESS手术由于简单易学，非常适合初学LESS的妇科医生，也有较好的美容效果和手术预后。
