Abstract: The most common clinical manifestation of CSD is abnormal vaginal bleeding，and there is no unified standard for its treatment. The common non-surgical treatment for CSD mainly includes oral contraceptives，levonorgestrel intrauterine contraceptive system，traditional Chinese medicine treatment and combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment，but the related research is very limited，which needs further practice and research；so the treatment needs individualized choice.

摘要： 剖宫产切口瘢痕缺损（cesarean scar defect，CSD）最常见的临床表现为异常阴道流血，目前其治疗尚无统一标准。临床常见的非手术治疗CSD的方法主要包括口服避孕药、宫内放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统、中医治疗和中西医联合治疗，但相关研究均非常有限, 需进一步通过临床实践和研究加以总结分析。CSD治疗需个体化选择。
