Abstract:

Cervical pregnancy is a rare and dangerous form of ectopic pregnancy.Without early diagnosis，fatal vaginal bleeding could happen，and the uterus may have to be removed and even cause death.In this paper，we introduce the cervical pregnancy and discusse the clinical symptoms，diagnosis，management，treatment and other related issues.We introduce the main points of pathogenesis and diagnosis，emphasize the early diagnosis，and discuss the individualized treatment plan and clinical strategy.

摘要：

宫颈妊娠是一种罕见且危险的异位妊娠，若未得到早期诊断，可能发生大量出血，严重时需要切除子宫，可能危及患者生命。文章阐述宫颈妊娠的病因、临床症状，讨论其鉴别诊断、辅助检查、治疗方法等相关问题。着重介绍发病、辅助诊断要点，提出早期诊断是诊治关键，并介绍个性化治疗及临床治疗策略。
