摘要:

宫腔镜手术中能量器械包括高频电刀单极、双极、等离子、射频等,通过能量器械产生的热效应以达到电切与电凝的手术效果。这些能量器械为手术带来便利的同时,也会产生一些副损伤。文章就宫腔镜手术中能量器械的工作原理、可造成的副损伤及其处理、能量器械的使用技巧及如何预防副损伤的发生进行讨论。

Abstract:

Abstract: The power devices are widely used in hysteroscopic operation, including high frequency electrotome monopolar, bipolar, plasma, radiofrequency and so on, which can cause cutting and coagulation due to the thermal effects. The power devices can make the operation simple, but also can cause some side injuries. This article discusses the power devices' s operating principle, its side injuries and how to deal with injuries, the application technique of power devices and how to avoid the side injuries.
