摘要：

诊断纵隔子宫的金标准仍然是宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术。文章阐述宫腔镜子宫纵隔切开术的手术技巧，回顾分析190例纵隔子宫患者术后的妊娠结局。宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切开术可减少流产率，提高活产率。宫腔镜下子宫纵隔矫形手术安全，并发症少，可明显改善纵隔子宫合并不良孕产史患者的妊娠结局。

Abstract:

The gold standard method for diagnosing septate uterus is the laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.This paper presents our surgical technique for the insection of uterine septum，and 190 cases of patients with uterine septum were included in our retrospective analysis.Hysteroscopic septum insection can reduce subsequent miscarriage rates and improve live-birth rates.Hysteroscopic metroplasty of uterine septum is safe with fewer complications.The reproductive prognosis in the women with septate uteri is improved after hysteroscopic septum insection.
