对于早期局灶型子宫内膜癌，宫腔镜直视下活检诊断比诊刮或分段诊刮更为准确，且能够观察宫颈是否受累，结合影像学可在术前初步判断肿瘤扩散范围。宫腔镜手术电切病灶后配合大剂量孕激素，促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH-a），宫腔内左炔诺孕酮释放系统（LNG-IUS）等，也可用于经严格选择的早期、年轻有生育需求的患者。
